Updated PhpMyAdmin in ISPmanager on CentOS

If you have the server’s ISP manager Panel and the default there postavilsâ old PhpMyAdmin, then you can refresh the view in the following way:

1. log into the Panel ISP manager as root and go to Settings-Server Capabilities. Remove the old PhpMyAdmin.

2. go to the SSH server (e.g. via Putty) and run the following commands:
# rpm-Uhv http://rpms.famillecollet.com/enterprise/remi-release-6.rpm
# yum makecache
#/usr/local/ispmgr/sbin/pkgctl cache
The first command adds a new repository, the rest will update the cache programs.

3. Again go to the Panel in section Features, and install PhpMyAdmin. Before installing it will ask which version to choose the latest.

That’s all!
Good luck!
