Monitor CPU temperatures under CentOS. Based on the CentOS 6.5 64bit.
Lm_sensors temperature value read by calling the/lib/modules/2.6.32-358.xxx.x86_64/kernel/drivers/hwmon/coretemp.ko module.
yum install lm_sensors
Sensors-detect # YES
modprobe i2c-dev
Mobprobe coretemp # need
/Sysconfig/lm_sensors # view temperature control module
Sensors # check CPU temperature
Watch temperature sensors # displays CPU every second
Temperature sensors # displays CPU every second
